County District Attorney's Senior Exploitation

The interdisciplinary approach of G. Michael Green, Delaware County District Attorney, to the financial and physical exploitation of Senior Delaware County Residents.

The new Senior Exploitation Unit formed January 1, 2006, by Delaware County District Attorney G. Michael Green is designed to react quickly and effectively to reports of abuse—whether financial, physical, or sexual abuse. The Supervisor of the Unit is Lieutenant William Fitzpatrick of the Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division, who coordinates the activities of an experienced financial crime investigation team lead by Detective John Ryan and an equally experienced physical/sexual assault team operating under Sergeant John Kelly.

The CID Senior Exploitation Unit interacts with a prosecution team lead by Deputy District Attorney Michael Galantino and Chief Economic Crime Prosecutor Gregory Hurchalla. The telephone number to report either criminal or suspicious activity to the Senior Exploitation Unit is 610-891-4700.
