Senior Community Services' Caregiver Support Program and Chester Senior Center offered, at no charge, an opportunity for caregivers to attend an educational and informative program that will help in the role as caregiver. Session 2 was titled "Teamwork-It's Okay to Ask for Help" presented by Sharon D. White, MSS, LCSW. While caregivers listed to Ms. White, care receivers participated in a Music and Creative Arts Activity.
